If you want to cut your dough sheet straight away, this is the ideal machine for you. In addition to the sheeting unit, the ROLLFIX 300 C has a complete cutting station which is conveniently integrated directly inside one of the safety hoods. Thus, you can cut your dough sheet longitudinally, crosswise or into nearly any shape using one of our shape cutting rollers. Easily, quickly and neatly. If the cutting station is not needed, you can “park” it by just lifting it slightly.
