Their bakery, Crust & Co, and patisserie, Chouquette, are completely inundated with Bongard machinery including/which includes, but not limited to, Proover Retarders, Deck Oven, Spiral Mixers, Pastry Sheeter, Bun divider, shaper and moulder.

Lara described the installation process as smooth and expressed her gratitude of Jon’s personable service and support. “Jon is very responsive to any problems and will always search for a solution for both the short and long term.” Lara also stated that due to the limited availability of said equipment in Australia, you must compromise and expect delay for both equipment and parts from overseas. However, with the assistance of planning, advice and ongoing support from Notleys, the compromise of that time is worth the quality of the equipment.
