The UC range from WP Kemper are a highspeed dougn mixer. using the unique “Wendle” mixing tool, any dough can be mixes very quickly and easilly. a standard white dough will only take around 5 mins mixing MAX. Exceptiionally good for very high hydration doughs. (turkish, ciabatta etc…)
